The most important person in the world is you. The old saying is true, if you don’t love yourself, it makes it hard to genuinely love another.         

We all deserve to treat ourselves as though we are the most important person in the world, not through arrogance or narcissism, but through being kind to ones self, and looking after out physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health.
